My wife and I know what it feels like to keep pushing while life keeps applying pressure. We know what it feels like to be homeless, to survive tragedy, to live through shelter abuse, and still wake up trying to make something better out of the situation.
Instead of letting the pain turn us cold, we chose to use it. We remain committed to helping people who need help by sharing resources, building outreach projects, creating support tools, and showing that compassion can still exist even when society forgets people.
HUGS is for the hard-working people, the struggling people, the overlooked people, the artists, the families, the caregivers, the homeless, the tired, the faithful, and anyone trying to survive without losing their heart.
